The programmer must be knowledgeable in ASP 3.0 and MS SQL Server 2000/2005 and must have done atleast 3 projects.
The candidate should have worked in projects that deals with thousands of transactions per day. Having worked in Web portals, Classified portals, Online File Management applications, Banking projects, CRM applications, ERP applications and Accounting application would be an added advantage.

Should have knowledge in the following areas

• ASP 3.0
• MS SQL Server 2000 or MS SQL Server 2005
• Javascript
• AJAX
• XML

Please note that we require programmers in ASP 3.0 and not in ASP.Net
If you haven't worked in ASP 3.0, please do not apply.

The process would be as follows (but not necessarily in the same order):

• You have to take an online exam on ASP and MS SQL Server. The test would be objective based and the duration would be for 30 minutes. Based upon your performance in this objective based online test, you would be called for a technical interview in our premises.
• The technical interview would be for around 15 to 30 minutes. Based on your performance in the technical interview, you would be called for a hands-on practical test in our premises.
• In the practical test, you would be given 5 to 10 problems in ASP and MS SQL Server 2000. You would have write code to solve the problems. Based on your code handling and problem tackling methods, we would select the candidate.

We require candidates who would be sincere in their jobs and have good moral ethics. We do not want candidates who would like to skip jobs regularly. If you do not plan to stay with us for atleast one year, please do not bother to apply.
